Using C5 fraction and C9 fractions as raw material, Hydrogenated petroleum resin regard as a kind of polymer which treated by the polymerization with the action of the heat curing or catalyst after the pretreated. Its average molecular weight is between 500 ~ 3000
With the action of a certain reaction pressure, temperature, space velocity , hydrogen oil ratio conditions and the hydrogenation catalyst, when the polymer is dissolved in organic solvents, the unsaturated bonds ,the colored pressed and benzene rings in the petroleum resin used as material can be all or part hydrogenated which produce the residual halogen translate into hydrogen halides and then be removed. The hemisphere granular colorless or white hydrogenated petroleum resin will be shown through Anti-Solvent and melt granulation method.
